As a former Senior Policy Advisor to the Mayor of Albuquerque, she shaped high-stakes policy decisions and led initiatives that improved outcomes for communities.
A Harvard University Education Policy and Management (EPM) graduate, Sasha combines deep expertise in governance, systems-level change, and organizational leadership with a proven track record of facilitating high-impact collaborations, guiding complex initiatives, and delivering measurable results.

Sasha is a Education Policy and Management graduate from Harvard with 15 years experience transforming organizations. Sasha combines a deep expertise in driving strategy, organizational leadership, and facilitating high-impact collaborations. She loves creating lasting impact for her clients. She is owner and principal of B-Side Consultants.

Erick Díaz
Erick holds a Masters in Public Policy and Urban Planning from Harvard. As owner and principal of Studio 13, he has worked over 10 years in affordable housing development, finance, and policy. He has underwritten over $100M in debt and equity investments for CDFIs, managed the submission of LIHTC applications, and conducted statistical analysis for public agencies to optimize their housing strategy.

Dalia Medina Bustillos
Dalia, LCSW, has more than a decade of experience providing behavioral health services, clinical supervision, and community-based program leadership. Her work focuses on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and collaboration across community systems serving youth, families, and culturally diverse communities. She is the owner and clinical director of Azomali Therapy and Growth Center.
